Robert Fredericksen is Senior Vice President of United Capital Markets responsible for trading. Mr. Fredericksen is a twenty-six year veteran of the securities and futures markets. He began his financial career with E.F. Hutton as a securities broker in 1980 and later joined Shearson as primarily a futures broker. In 1985 he began his mortgage career with Citicorp Mortgage. Primary responsibilities included software and analytics development to track asset and futures portfolio and the management of futures trading and hedging of a $12 Billion ARM portfolio.

He joined Prudential Mortgage in 1988 to manage the Portfolio Risk Management group through growth from $300 Million of portfolio assets to $4 Billion of mortgage assets and a $90 Billion servicing portfolio. Mr. Fredericksen also managed brokered commercial paper, term debt, swaps and futures and options trading and hedging activities. Upon the acquisition of Prudential by Norwest Mortgage was given the additional responsibility of managing the Norwest servicing portfolio.

Bob graduated from Loyola University in Chicago with a B.A. in Philosophy and from Northwestern University in Chicago with an M.B.A. concentrating in Marketing and Statistics.
